A. Rush, a pioneering citizen of Lubbock. Student, faculty, staff and administrators

continuing his spirit of community service. Ten principals have led Rush since
its inception. Jady English has been the principal since 1998.

a cafeteria.
Every classroom has at least one Internet-accessible computer.
Students learn both the Windows and Macintosh operating systems on classroom computers
and in computer labs. Students also have access to Intranet-accessible computers
in each classroom for the Accelerated Reader program and other educational programs.
At Rush, parental involvement is recognized as a vital component of each student's
instructional program. Parents are encouraged to participate in volunteer programs
sponsored by the Rush parent teacher association.
